So, here goes with this week's question:

Q: What is the BIGGEST word you’ve seen used in a book lately – that made you stop and look it up? Might as well leave the definition & book too.

The biggest word that I've had to look up lately is "amanuensis" from Ruthless by Anne Stuart.

According to the Wikipedia, amanuensis means "a person employed to write or type what another dictates or to copy what has been written by another, and also refers to a person who signs a document on behalf of another under their authority."
